1. How to Book

To make a booking please visit our book now page. If you need more information please contact us here. For a booking to be valid it must be accompanied by payment. Please see Methods of Payment below.


Bookings are final and it is not possible to provisionally book a place on a workshop.


Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions before you submit a booking. By making a booking you will be automatically deemed to have read, understood and accepted all Terms & Conditions.


2. Methods of Payment

Payment of the workshop fees must be made in advance.


Payment can be made by a credit card via a secure & widely used system Eventbrite used on our website.


If an invoice is required please contact us and we will issue one.


3. VAT

No VAT is chargeable.


4. Cancellation

Once tickets are purchased they cannot be refunded. We can exchange the tickets for another date or time if we receive a written request within 72 hours of the workshop start time. If we receive a request less than 72 hours of the workshop start time, we will try our best to exchange the booking but reserve the right to refuse the request.


5. Delegate Submission

It is possible to substitute an alternative participant on any place booked at no additional cost.


6. General


a) In keeping with the nature of street art we run the workshops in all weather conditions. By booking a workshop you automatically agree to participate in the given weather conditions which are out of our control.


b) We only run workshops when we have a minimum of 10 people booked


c) All workshop participants must be adequately dressed wearing clothes they do not mind getting dirty or paint on. If a surface does get unwanted paint or ink on we cannot accept liability for damages caused.


d) The age limit for the workshop participants is 14 years old unless under parental supervision. In this case the parents assume all responsibility for children under 14.


7. Liability


By booking the workshop participants fully agree: a) to abide by our Terms and Conditions b) to take part at their own risk c) to Workshop:StreetArt and its workers being exempt from any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to participants possession, death and personal injury d) fully indemnify Workshop:StreetArt and its workers against all losses, damages, deaths and injuries caused by participants. Workshop:StreetArt and its workers will not accept any liability for losses, damages, deaths or personal injuries and physical damage to the participants’ tangible property on or off its premises.


8. Force Majeure

Workshop:StreetArt shall not be liable under this Agreement in any way for loss, damage or delay consequent upon any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each of the parties irrevocably submits for all purposes in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
